Usually, these pay as you go options would be to join our regular run squad who meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm.

Sadly, COVID guidelines mean we have had to restrict the number at these sessions and they are therefore sold out.

Coach Charlotte has kindly offered to hold some adhoc pay as you go sessions so that those who didn’t manage to book on the usual run squad, can still enjoy some coached sessions with other fabulous members.

They will be professionally coached by Charlotte and consist of:

  • A warm up
  • Drills and running technique
  • Main session that covers a specific run aspect e.g. hill work, interval training, pacing etc
  • Cool down and stretching

Above all, these will be fun and provide some much needed social interaction to enable you to enjoy your training with others!

A few pointers on safety about these sessions:

  • Pre-booking is essential. All sessions must be pre-paid for via the website, no cash will be accepted.
  • Coaches can not look after any equipment so please come completely self-sufficient.
  • Social distancing of more than 2 metres for all will apply throughout the session.
  • Please only attend the session if you are fit and well to do so.

All of these adhoc sessions will be starting from the Memorial Park in Stourport. Please use the car park near the community centre, coach Charlotte will meet you there.  Bring a head torch if possible and wear something bright.
