Welcome to our Pay As You Go Run Sessions!

We meet on Mondays at 6:30pm at the running track in Stourport on Severn and Thursdays at 6:30pm at the Memorial Park in Stourport on Severn (plenty of parking at the community centre). We split into ability groups – there really is something for everyone so please don’t worry that you’ll be too fast or too slow, your coach will adapt the session to suit!

These run sessions are professional coached and consist of:

  • A warm up
  • Drills and running technique
  • Main session that covers a specific run aspect e.g. hill work, interval training, pacing etc
  • Cool down and stretching

Above all, these will be fun and provide some much needed social interaction to enable you to enjoy your training with others!

A few pointers on safety about these sessions:

  • Pre-booking is essential. All sessions must be pre-paid for via the website, no cash will be accepted.
  • Coaches can not look after any equipment so please come completely self-sufficient.
  • Social distancing of more than 2 metres for all will apply throughout the session.
  • Please only attend the session if you are fit and well to do so.
