We are delighted to now be able to offer small group running sessions that comply with guidelines from the government and British Triathlon. These small groups will be limited to 5 athletes and will adhere to social distancing rules. They will be professionally coached by Tri Energy coaches and consist of:

  • A warm up
  • Drills and running technique
  • Main session that covers a specific run aspect e.g. hill work, interval training, pacing etc
  • Cool down and stretching

Your coach will also advise you on run sessions to do in your own time and support you on your continued run journey. Above all, these will be fun and provide some much needed social interaction to enable you to enjoy your training with others!

A few pointers on safety about these sessions:

  • Pre-booking is essential. All sessions must be pre-paid for via the website, no cash will be accepted.
  • Coaches can not look after any equipment so please come completely self-sufficient.
  • Social distancing of more than 2 metres for all will apply throughout the session.
  • Please only attend the session if you are fit and well to do so.

Monday 6 July – NEW HIIT (bootcamp style) classes. Introductory offer of £4.50 per half an hour class:

6:00-6:30pm HIIT Session 1  

6:30-7:00pm HIIT Session 2

Both at Memorial Park, Stourport,  with Coach Trina

Monday 6 July, 7-8pm Run Session –  Memorial Park in Stourport with Trina

Tuesday  7 July, 6-7pm and then 7-8pm – Wyre Forest with Charlotte

Wednesday 8 July, 6-7pm and then 7-8pm – Wyre Forest with Trina  

Thursday 9 July, 6-7pm and then 7-8pm – Wyre Forest with Sarah

Friday 10 July, 10am – Memorial Park in Stourport with Sam
