At Tri Energy Kids our aim is simple – to get as many children and young people as possible involved in the world of triathlon and multi sport. Our triathlon training sessions will really motivate and inspire your children to take their swimming, cycling and running to the next level! It teaches values of hard-work and persistence but above all it will keep your children, fit, active, happy and healthy.
Whether you are a novice or a competitive young athlete already, there is something here for everyone. The training sessions are open to children aged 6 – 16 years old, and the emphasis is on enjoyment and having fun! To take part in our training sessions, children will need a safe roadworthy bike, a helmet, some running trainers and swimming kit.
